1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across PAN India through our trusted courier partners.
From major cities to remote pin codes — we’ll make sure your order reaches you safely.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

  • During festive seasons or sales, processing times may take slightly longer due to high order volume.

3. Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 working days

  • Other Locations: 4–8 working days

  • Remote Areas: 7–10 working days (depending on courier availability)

You will receive an email or SMS with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹3k.

  • For orders below ₹3k, a small shipping charge of ₹100 may apply.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp/SMS.
You can track your package anytime until it’s delivered to your doorstep.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available on selected pin codes.

  • To ensure smooth delivery, please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.

  • If you refuse a COD order repeatedly, future COD orders may be restricted.

7. Delayed or Undelivered Orders

If your order is delayed or shows “Delivered” but hasn’t reached you:

  1. Please contact us within 48 hours of the status update.

  2. We’ll coordinate with our courier partner to resolve the issue quickly.

8. International Shipping

Currently, Tint Tone ships only within India.
However, international shipping will be available soon — stay tuned for updates!

All orders are packed with care using secure, tamper-proof packaging to ensure your products reach you in perfect condition.
