Return & Exchange Policy

At Tint Tone, we want you to love what you wear.
If something doesn’t fit right or you simply change your mind, we’re here to make your return or exchange experience smooth and simple.


1. Eligibility for Return & Exchange

You can return or exchange an item within 3 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and unworn.

  • All original tags, packaging, and labels must be intact.

  • The product should be in resalable condition (no stains, perfume, or damage).

  • Only one-time exchange is allowed per order.

  • Items purchased during Sale or Offer may not be eligible for return unless defective or damaged.


2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products are not eligible for return or exchange, including:

  • Accessories and innerwear

  • Custom-stitched or altered items

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable” on the product page


3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange:

  1. Email us at tinttoneindia@gmail.com with your Order ID and reason for return/exchange.

  2. Our support team will verify your request and share pickup details.

  3. Once the item passes quality check, your exchange or refund will be processed.


4. Pickup & Shipping

  • We offer free reverse pickup for eligible orders in most pin codes.

  • If reverse pickup is not available in your area, you can self-ship the product to our address (shared via email).

  • Please ensure the item is securely packed to avoid damage during transit.


5. Refund Policy

Once your returned product reaches us and passes inspection:

  • Prepaid Orders: Refund will be credited to your original payment method within 3–5 working days.

  • Cash on Delivery Orders: Refund will be issued as store credit or to your bank account (based on your preference).

  • If you opt for an exchange, the new item will be dispatched within 2–3 working days of receiving your return.


6. Damaged / Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing tinttoneindia@gmail.com with unboxing photos or videos.
We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund after verification.


7. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled only before shipment. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
In such cases, you may initiate a return after receiving your order.
