In case a product ordered is damaged, or has a manufacturing defect or a wrong product has been delivered, we would request you to please take a photograph of the damaged product and contact our customer care service team at care@tinttone.com. within 24 hrs of receiving the order. Please keep all packaging material, original invoice intact. Customized products cannot be returned on the basis of measurement issues. It can only be altered according to your charges. We shall act on it within 48 hrs.
